"Well, I did work out this morning." lol

That said, even though you only burned 200 calories on the stair stepper, your metabolism was up the whole day, thus you burned more. So, chow that oreo shake!Renee Collinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08170818341212519937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7285879888452949022.post-48368818190426097392009-02-08T17:04:00.000-08:002009-02-08T17:04:00.000-08:00If I actually went to the gym than I couldn't clai...If I actually went to the gym than I couldn't claim my dues as a charitable contribution on my taxes (as we discussed earlier). I really do need to drink more water anyway.

Lady Glam, yes, I'm going to keep going...sigh. Only because I have a work out partner and I think her wrath might be more harmful than my oreo ice cream. LOL I like your weight loss post, btw, I agree, writing a novel=weight loss. At least for me.

Jenn, that's funny. It's like, why fix something that's not broken, right? And stop...Super Nanny, Stay away from my husband!! And stop showing off your awesome mothering/cleaning/disciplining skills. You're making me look bad.

Linda, thanks. lol I think I would snack more while writing if it didn't require me to walk all the way down the stairs to retrieve said snack. Also, because of all the writing, I don't make it to the grocery store as much as I used to so there are never any snacks in the house. So, my husband brought home that bag of mini candy bars and yes, you see....I ate them.

Jenni, less gym, more IMing. That's what works the best, right?

Angie, you're right, I must back away from the snacks, back slowly away, don't make any sudden moves. LOL Hmm, carrot sticks, I don't know, they just don't sound as good as chocolate. :)

Nat, if I could stop at one then there wouldn't be an issue here. :)Kasie Westhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14169629001145903361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7285879888452949022.post-90438285649816023862009-02-08T14:56:00.000-08:002009-02-08T14:56:00.000-08:00LOL Kasie :D I had the same thing happen to me wit...LOL Kasie :D

I had the same thing happen to me with my thyroid. I lost 30 pounds when I started to write, and now I don't want to do anything to sabatoge what I've got going for me. I did a post on this awhile ago and decided that writing a novel is the best weight loss program I've ever joined.

Good luck with deciding whether or not to continue the gym. Yeah, awesome.

Though, I'd say one ice cream oreo thing is not going to kill you. It's okay to indulge sometimes. Really, you're skinny.
