Two Words....


American. Idol.

I am so happy it is back. I always forget how much I love it. It makes me happy. And I was so worried about the judge changes, but I've been pleasantly surprised. Especially by Steven Tyler. I don't care if my 12 year old daughter calls him a crusty old man-woman. I think he's cute. And he is cracking me up.

I've decided one of the reasons I love American Idol so much is because it is all about people who are passionate about a dream going for it. To watch these singers succeed (or fail) gets me every time. I love it.

    I've enjoyed this year so far as well. None of the judges are particularly mean--I guess the toughest one is Steven and he's very truthful without being hurtful in his comments.

    And I think J-Lo and I could be BFFs

    I expected to hate this season of Idol, but I've been pleasantly surprised. I'm so happy it's back on, too. And J-Lo has really good hair, does she not? Steven Tyler...and Ryan Seacrest too, for that matter.

    Sarah, I know, the good hair abounds on idol this year. And are Randy Jackson's teeth amazingly white this year or is it just me?

    You never know what's going to escape Steven Tyler's mouth. The guy is hilarious and fun. I think it's a nice change up. Last season bored me to tears. I'm hoping this year brings the show back around. (Hugs)Indigo

    Indigo, I agree, last season was a bore. It's been a good change. And Steven Tyler's comments/pick-up lines are hilarious.

    I miss Simon's sarcastic wit, but I am enjoying steven quite a bit.

    And Randy's teeth are whiter, but only the top. The bottom teeth are as yellow as a Pee Chee folder. I over focus on it so much I miss what he says every time.

    When do I get more of your Maddening Unhelpful Advice? I'm starting to feel aimless and mistake prone.
